Joshua and Lemia are a married couple who have been working together in yoga, vibrational healing, plant medicine, live music, holistic health, and massage therapy since 2006 with their companies, RaMa Holistic Care and Sacred Scents Aromatherapy, and band The Conscious Groove. They are committed to self-healing for a foundation of harmony to share tools of breath and meditation to connect cosmically, while grounding and self-healing with the support of the Earth’s natural medicine through mantra-infused, hand-poured, high resonance plant essences from around the world. Joshua and Lemia have been blessed to learn from living masters in the fields of energy work, massage, yoga, and ancient, universal, mystic teachings. In their band, The Conscious Groove, Joshua and Lemia share ancient, healing, positive, and uplifting rhythms, mantras, and sound sessions from various traditions, languages, and instruments to support the highest, most loving frequency for the soul.
