Ava has been teaching and facilitating yoga, meditation, and sensory & sound therapeutics joyfully for over 14 years. Working as a massage therapist with doctors in pain management and rehabilitation studying nutrition, using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, essential oils, gems, and intention coaching in her holistic practice. Then working at the Chopra Center assisting the director of operations, and aided Panchakarma (detox) clients and guided meditation, mantra, and mudra. She is currently 500hr+ certified Yoga instructor through Prajna Yoga in Sante Fe with Tias Little, Cloud Nine Yoga in Laguna Beach, and received certification for Aerial Yoga and & Restorative through Atmosphere Yoga. A pioneer in the sensory (aromatherapy, color therapy, etc.), and sound healing yoga world, and floating aerial meditations realm. She was able to teach her unique style as co-founder of Ritual Yoga Arts studios (Ritual Newport being well known for the first aerial yoga studio with a family designed halo therapeutic color changing salt wall) for over 6 years and further blossomed from there. She's been featured in Coast Magazine, OC weekly, online editorials for her innovations, and on the cover of Kansas City Wellness Magazine. Ava is also a certified Healing Touch therapist and Reiki practitioner. A therapeutic vibrational energetics facilitator (crystals, colors, sounds, aroma, geometry), sacred space designer, ceremonial costumer, dancer, and fire performer. She was creator and lead of the sound meditation, and sensory infused program at the Montage Laguna Beach. She co-created a Zero Point energy sensory bath with Andrew Colombini and the Life Stream Energy technology. She’s had the privilege and honor of being one of the sound healers and devotional altar creator of the high priestess of Bali, Ida Resi Alit while on tour. She currently provides private luxury sensory healing experiences and sensory-hacking sessions in the U.S., and tours various studios and venues with award winning artists from around the globe. Ava works for Fractal Temple Productions, creating sanctuaries and workshop spaces for yoga, meditation, and sensory experiences and filling them with healing experiences. Does facilitation and production for the Sound Temple at Bhakti, Shakti, and other yogic and transformational Festivals. She is a co-producer of the Sonic Devas, an all women sound healing mantra chorus, activating ancient churches, spreading sacred sounds and divine orchestration. An ambassador of the Crystal Earth Project. The crystal gaia card representation in the Dakini Oracle Deck by Penny Slinger. She’s co-owner and co-creator of Sinesthesia floating aerial sensory experiences. As well as an avid heart activation teacher and HeartMath advocate.
