Joshua and Lemia

Joshua and Lemia are a married couple who have been working together in yoga, vibrational healing, plant medicine, live music, holistic health, and massage therapy since 2006 with their companies RaMa Holistic Care, Sacred Scents Aromatherapy, and band The Conscious Groove.  As “RaMa” is the balance of the yin and yang, their work involves finding harmony within the duality of this physical reality. Joshua and Lemia have been blessed to learn from living masters in the fields of energy work, massage, yoga, and ancient universal mystic teachings. Naam has opened their hearts to the power of the Word, mantra medicine, and vibrational healing.  In their band, The Conscious Groove, Joshua and Lemia share uplifting, positive, and energizing rhythms and mantras to support self-healing through their Shakti Naam Yoga classes, CD’s, and musical concerts.  Their essential oil company, Sacred Scents Aromatherapy, is a joyful extension of their Loving relationship with Mother Earth.  Through Certified Organic and Wild-Harvested plant teachers, they are able to share ancient wisdom and mysticism in their Certification Course, Naam Sacred Scents. The seeds of Love have been planted in their hearts and they are excited to share empowering tools that help to  awaken the personal healing journey. Through our positive thoughts, feelings, words, actions, and attitudes, we each can shift perceived darkness into light and bring peace on this sacred planet Earth.
