Dawn Connelly Schwausch

On a trip to Egypt in the late 1980s, Dawn Connelly Schwausch aligned with her destiny—to honor the ancient teachings of astrology. She began studying in used book stores, libraries, and obscure spiritual shops. In 1995, she joined the National Center for Geocosmic Research (NCGR), where she began her practice as a professional astrologer. By 1997, she was invited to be a founding member of the Steven Forrest Apprenticeship Program, where she spent more than 20 years studying and practicing Evolutionary Astrology, and became a certified Evolutionary Astrologer. Dawn is also a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Gong Master. She spent time in India studying the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and received a Master Level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher’s certification. In 2006, she joined the Gong Avatar Academy and became a level three Gong Master. She uses her unique combination of astrology, yoga, and sound to teach on a global forum. She has taught children and teachers in public schools, patients and caregivers in cancer treatment centers, and at state universities. Dawn lives in the desert outside of San Diego, where she and her husband have a healing space with a 20-foot astrological chart and earthing circle, which is activated by sound healing and individual placement of her planetary gongs. Dawn is devoted to the evolution of all beings.
